This seems like a career i would enjoy. It doesn't involve anything i really hate or fear other than all of the years in school and needles.

from the heart and your character is way more important.

If I did decide to be

Acupuncture
Duties and
Responsibilities: Acupuncturist must treat an entire individual rather than an
illness or disease. They plan an individual’s therapy based on their health. This
is an alternative form of medicine.
Salary: $75,000
Education: Acupuncturist must have a master’s degree which could take 3 to 4 years to receive.
Reflections: Do you
think you would like to be one? Why? Why
not?
I can’t stand the sight
of needles and if I’m around them for too long I get dizzy so I don’t think
this is a job I would enjoy this career. If I were an acupuncturist I would
probably faint in the middle of therapy.

“You cannot do wrong and feel right. It is
impossible.”
-Ezra T. Benson
I agree one hundred
percent with this quote. It has a lot to do with things like revenge. For example
if you find out someone is talking about you and you go and cuss at them that won’t
make you feel better. It just makes you the bad person. Also I doubt any sane
person can just hurt someone and feel okay about it. This is why sometimes it
is good to be selfish if you don’t think of others think of yourself and how
you feel.
Acupressure
Duties and
Responsibilities: Acupressure is an alternative medical technique similar to
acupuncture. Pressure is applied to acupuncture points with hands, elbows, etc.
Acupressure releases tension, increases circulation, and reduces pain.
Salary: $82,000
Education: To study
acupressure you must study at an acupressure school. They must study a total of
150 to 250 hours of study.
Reflection: Do you
think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
I don’t think I would ever
want to practice acupressure because I prefer receiving a message rather than
giving it. Also it does not pay enough I want a career that pays good or seems
a bit more educated.

I believe that this is true. The knowledge you gain whether it be academic or domestic or street smarts will help you in the future one way or another. That knowledge will help you survive.

program they must pass an examination to be certified.
Reflection: Do you
think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
I don’t think I would
enjoy this career. It seems boring. Also I wouldn’t be okay with doing surgery.
What if I made a mistake while operating? It would just get me nervous. It is
also too many years of school.

In addition to completing the requirement for a degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine, psychiatrists must complete an intensive three year residency in psychiatry.
Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
I wouldn't personally enjoy choosing this career. The wait to actually become a licensed psychiatrist is too long. I’m not patient enough for that. I also don’t want to deal with the mentally ill. I don’t think I’d be able to prescribe the correct medications. It is also too much school.
